It is sort of like a laid-back "Greenwich Village" of Amsterdam. The apartment is situated on a side street, half a block from the canals, so it is very quiet at night and mornings. Amsterdam Central Station is only 10 minute walk away. The Anne Frank House, NoorderKerk, Westerkerk, Westerpark are all minutes walk away.

The apartment is fully equipped, complete with all sheets, duvet, towels etc. The kitchenette is private and perfect for making simple dinners. The toilet and shower is private, ajoined to the studio. The studio has a direct telephone, stereo system, cable TV (with 35channels, many of which are in English), VHS, DVD player, with a library of films. Perfect base for 2 (or 3) persons to explore Amsterdam.
