Amsterdam Chillout is located right overlooking Nieuwmarkt
one of the main squares in Amsterdam surrounded by bars, cafes
and coffeeshops with great views of the Kloveniersburgwal
canal and
Nieuwmarkt square it self. Great house, great location right
in the centre of all the excitement and within walking distance
of everything. Underground metro station 1 min walk from house,
central station 7 mins walk, Dam Square 4-5 mins walk.

INFORMATION
Chillout
consists of the following. Your own front door onto canal,entrance
hall leading to the main livingroom. Livingroom equipped with
TV/Video, X-Box & games, video library, Bar with COMPLIMENTARY
mini bar fully stocked on your arrival with YOUR CHOICE of YOUR
favorite DRINKS. Livingroom leads to large fully fitted kitchen
including dishwasher, coffeemaker, sandwich maker, 2 large fridges,
microwave, hob, oven and all cooking utensils.
Stairs lead to the lower floors and to the main fully fitted
showeroom and extra hidden sleeping area (for big groups) a
further door leads to another small basement which has a extra
sleeping area, real cosy.
On the upper floors above the kitchen there are 2 large bedrooms
both with double beds.
The top floor has a separate mezzanine sleeping area accessed
by a folding steps, "real Amsterdam". All rooms have
TV/Video, Hi-Fi , mini bar and video library. Playstation 2 with games and free minibar.
At present there is 1.5 bathrooms in total but each room has
a sink with hot water. |

Cancellation policy :
Deposit refunded if 21 days notice is given.
After that time deposit kept for future visit.
